Yevhen has a Master of European and international business law. He is member of the legal structuring team (jurisdicitions: Switzerland, EU, UK, Hongkong and Malta).

Zina holds a Master in Business Administration and a Bachelor in Business. She is involved as external consultant in various regulatory bridge mandates (business planning).

Simone holds a Master of Advanced Studies and a Bachelor in Business. She is involved as external consultant in various asset and portfolio management mandates.

Jan has a Master of Law and a CAS in Forensics. He is member of the legal structuring team and manages various projects.

Cla is currently undergoing an apprenticeship in service and administration at the Commercial Education Center Zug and in our company. He is part of the operations team, which supports the daily administration and customer service.

Michael is specialist for Finance and Accounting with experience in Swiss SMEs and Corporates. He leads the finance, accounting and tax services.

Sabina, an experienced professional in finance and accounting, has many years of experience in financial accounting for SMEs as well as experience in the area of ICS.

Patrick has extensive experience in digital assets, banking, and IT. Being a founding member of Amina (ex SEBA) Bank working for more than 20 years in leadership roles at different financial institutions. Patrick has a respectable track record of mastering complex projects and leading teams with creativity, and innovation.

Julian is responsible for the company's business and administration department and heads the accounting team. He is certified cryptocurrency expert. 

Anastasia holds a Master and a Bachelor degree in Business Administration. She heads ILFP's operations and focuses the firm's business development and promotion.

Philip has executive experience in Hearingcare, Hedge Funds, Venture Capital & Private Equities, Art FinTech Analytics, Art Finance, Real Estate Investments, and Family Office.

Oliver holds a Master's degree in International Contract & Commercial Law. He serves as an external consultant for various mandates related to asset management and fintech clients.

Sascha is a merchant and as office manager responsible for the whole back-office, including IT and data management.

Bruno is certified Swiss Financial Planner, Qualified Financial Advisor IAF and Insurance Broker VBV. He is a professional board member and external consultant.

Stacy Hu is the Head of Business Development Partner, specializing in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. She is dedicated to driving growth and creating sustainable business opportunities in the dynamic APAC market.

Enzo is a specialist in consumer finance, payments and fintech. He has several years of experience in these areas. He also brings a lot of experience with start-up companies and knows how to successfully get them through the first few years. He is currently the CEO of a lending company and also serves on the board of directors.
